New Delhi: At Watan Samachar’s Seerat Conference titled ‘A Message of Love for Humanity,’ speakers emphasized the importance of spreading the Prophet’s teachings and noble character to humanity in order to attain the much-needed peace and tranquillity in the world.

The conference, organized by the renowned digital media house Watan Samachar, was held at the Constitution Club of India and featured participation from numerous distinguished personalities from across the country.

Among the speakers were renowned physician Dr. Kausar Usman, prominent industrialist Dr. Mohammad Tariq Siddiqui, Naqibus-Sufiya ,Mufti Kitabuddin Rizvi, Haji Abdul Haider, noted businessman Ahmad Raza, educationist and chartered accountant Kamal Ahmed Farooqi, and famous physician Dr Syed Ahmad Khan. They collectively engaged in an in-depth discussion about the life of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and urged the audience to read and implement his teachings.

They expressed deep concern over the gradual erosion of the Prophet’s teachings within the community. They stated that the Prophet was a mercy for all humanity, and his prophethood extends to those who recognize him as well as those who have yet to do so. They emphasized the responsibility of spreading his noble character to humanity, so that the peace and tranquillity it desperately needs can be attained.

The speakers lamented that the qualities of the Prophet, who forgave those who conspired against him and prayed for the guidance of those who sought to eradicate Islam, seem to be lacking among those who claim to be his followers.
Dr. Kausar Usman remarked that with the Prophet as a teacher and the Quran beginning with “Iqra,” it is troubling that believers have drifted away from this foundational message. He emphasized that understanding the true essence of religion requires efforts to eliminate poverty and overcoming egotism.

Tariq Siddiqui stressed the importance of comprehending the Prophet’s financial system, which promotes continuous circulation of wealth rather than hoarding or misusing resources.

MJ Khan highlighted the need to understand the contemporary requirements of religion, stating that just as becoming a pilot requires training, understanding our religious duties must evolve to address human rights issues as well.

Mufti Kitabuddin Rizvi called for revisiting the Prophet’s inclusive approach toward the marginalized and labourers.

The programme was moderated by Watan Samachar Editor Mohammad Ahmed, with participation from several notable figures including IRS Abrar Ahmed, Ahmad Raza, Vicky Mishra, Tanveer Siddiqui, Salish Sinha, Avatar Singh, Engineer Firoz Muzaffar Hanifi, Engineer Firoz, Vijay Mishra, Shehzad Ali Idreesi, Yameen Bhai, Sharif Khan, Sharif Adeeb Ansari, Dr. Tajuddin Ansari, and Syed Fauzul-Azeem, and many others.
